Shipping Policy – Just Re-Roll

All of our products at Just Re-Roll are made to order, meaning each item is 3D printed especially for you once your order is placed.

🛠️ Processing Time

Because every item is custom made, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

📦 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail & Evri.

We currently ship using:

• Royal Mail Tracked Services (depending on what you select at checkout)

• Evri Tracked Services (depending on what you select at checkout)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is included with your service, this will be provided.

🚚 Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1–3 working days

• International: Delivery times vary by destination and Royal Mail service used

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, weather, or peak periods (such as Christmas).

💷 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to help investigate with Royal Mail.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
