Returns & Refunds Policy – Just Re-Roll

At Just Re-Roll, all of our products are made to order and 3D printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • No longer wanting the product

Please ensure you check product details carefully before placing your order.

📦 Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Just Re-Roll are:

  • Made to order

  • Custom printed

  • Non-returnable and non-refundable

This policy applies to all orders unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

📍 Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Replacements will not be issued in this case.

🌍 International Orders

Just Re-Roll is not responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders.
