🧙 What is Just Re-Roll?

Just Re-Roll is a UK-based (Sheffield, South Yorkshire) 3D printing studio creating high-quality tabletop miniatures, terrain, and fantasy models for gamers, painters, and collectors. Every item is made to order with care and precision.

🖨 How are your models made?

All of our products are 3D printed to order using high-detail printers and premium materials. This allows us to offer unique designs and consistent quality on every piece.

📦 How long does my order take to ship?

Because all items are made to order, production usually takes 3–7 working days before dispatch. Once shipped, orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri and delivery times vary depending on your selected service.

🚚 Who do you use for delivery?

We ship all orders using Royal Mail and Evri to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK only. International shipping may be added in the future — keep an eye on our website and socials for updates.

🔄 Do you accept returns or refunds?

As all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

🛠 What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get it sorted with a replacement as quickly as possible.

🎨 Do your models come painted?

No — our models are supplied unpainted so you can prime and paint them yourself. This keeps prices affordable and gives you full creative control. There is a select amount of Warhammer products that have been painted by co-owner Tom!

📏 Are the models ready to use out of the box?

Some models may require light cleanup (such as removing small supports or sanding) before painting or use. This is normal with 3D printed items.

⚠️ Are these official game models?

Our models are compatible with tabletop gaming but are not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop, Wizards of the Coast, or any other brand unless stated otherwise.

🧾 Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before printing begins. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled as it is custom made for you.

📩 How do I contact you?
