π Cancellations & Refunds
Once work has started on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the item is being made specifically for you.
If a cancellation is requested before design or printing has begun, we may be able to cancel the order at no cost.

Where applicable, we may provide a digital preview or description of the final design before printing begins. This ensures the model meets your expectations before production.
All custom orders are printed and quality checked in line with our usual Materials & Quality standards.
